We close both residential and commercial property transactions and write title insurance for both homeowners and lenders policies. We are an authorized underwriting agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Our company is the oldest abstract company in Crow Wing County and has provided continuous, excellent service since we opened our doors in 1970. Owned and operated first by Delvin Junker and then his son Doug Junker, the company has always sought to provide customer-centered service. The average years of employment in our company is over 18 years which shows the high level of commitment to the company and the knowledge base that has been developed.
